Temp-To-Hire
A new job is like a marriage. You need to date for awhile. This option provides a 480 hour (12 weeks) dating/transition period for you and the employer. After the 12 weeks, you may go on to permanent employment or decide to move on to a different assignment. You get to "test drive" the relationship and if you're not happy, we'll find another assignment for you.
